Non-refundable down payment: $400
The remaining balance is due two weeks before the semester starts

ADDITIONAL FEES
Application fee (non-refundable) – $50 – wire transfer, certified check, money order, or Interac email transfer 

Security Deposit
$400 (refundable)
Keys and key card – $50 per person (refundable)
Move out cleaning fee (non-refundable) – $150, due at the beginning of the tenancy

Residents must provide their own bedding, towels and cookware
Telephone (including long-distance) and wireless internet access in the rooms – tenants own responsibility, including setting up of service
