The following policies outline the terms and expectations for all residents of Cold Moon student residences in Nanaimo.
Spring semester – January to April
Summer – May to August
Fall semester – September to December
Monthly rental rates are available for the summer term (May to August).
• RENTAL PAYMENT
Non-refundable down payment: $400
Remaining balance due: two weeks before the semester starts
Payable by wire transfer or Interac e-Transfer
• ADDITIONAL FEES
Application fee (non-refundable): $50
• DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Security deposit: $400 (refundable)
Keys & key card: $50 per person (refundable upon return)
Move-out cleaning fee (non-refundable): $150 — due at move-in
• RESIDENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Residents must provide their own bedding, towels, and cookware.
